SIMI offers a wide range of learning and training programs aimed at students, graduated and professionals
Pastoral Theology and Human Mobility
Admission is only granted to students with a degree of Baccalaureate in Theology or, previous admission examination, to whom has done six years of philosophical-theological study. Admission to the Doctorate program, both as regular and auditor, is granted to students with a degree of Licentiate in Theology.
Diploma in Pastoral Care of Human Mobility
The program is an initiative of the Scalabrini International Migration Institute, under the patronage of the Migrants and Refugees Section of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development, and in partnership with the Australian Catholic Migrant and Refugee Office (ACMRO). The Program also benefits from the support of Fondazione Migrantes (Episcopal Conference of Italy) and of Fundación Comisión Católica Argentina de Migraciones (Episcopal Conference of Argentina).
SIMI School
In cooperation with other international academic institutions SIMI offers a wide range of courses for students, graduates, pastoral and social workers, and professionals. These programs are addressed to whom, at different levels, intends to know and deepen the understanding of issues related to the phenomenon of human mobility.
Gionate SIMI
Giornate SIMI are a series of seminars open to everyone interested in deepening the understanding of the phenomenon of human mobility with faculty and experts working in the field.
Summer School (Italy)
Every July, in partnership with the Department of Sociology of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, Fondazione Migrantes, and the Scalabrinian Agency for Cooperation and Development, SIMI organizes the Summer School “Migration and Global Justice”.
