H\u00e1 dezassete anos que est\u00e1 envolvido na sa\u00fade mental dos requerentes de asilo. \u00c9 consultor especializado em sa\u00fade mental de requerentes de asilo e refugiados junto do ACNUR e tem fornecido conselhos especializados semelhantes aos do ACNUR: ONU; Comiss\u00e3o de Direitos Humanos da ONU; Comiss\u00e3o de Direitos Humanos da Austr\u00e1lia; Departamento de Assuntos Internos da Austr\u00e1lia; Departamento de Estado dos EUA; governos da Papua Nova Guin\u00e9, Rep\u00fablica de Nauru, e Sri Lanka; e numerosas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o governamentais.<\/p>\n

Criou servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade pro bono para os requerentes de asilo, mais recentemente com Cabrini, o Cabrini Asylum Seeker and Refugee Health Hub que presta cuidados prim\u00e1rios e servi\u00e7os especializados de sa\u00fade mental no estado de Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

Publicou e apresentou a n\u00edvel nacional e internacional o seu trabalho de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o na sa\u00fade mental de requerentes de asilo e refugiados com m\u00faltiplos colaboradores nacionais e internacionais.<\/p>\n
