X International Symposium on Migration and Religion:

Balance and Perspectives on Migration in the Global South and North

The X International Symposium on Religion and Migration aims to bring together researchers and students from various fields who are dedicated to the study of the subject in order to contribute to the elucidation of the theme and, eventually, to subsidize people and institutions that work to welcome migrants. The X International Symposium Religion and Migration aims to take stock of the last ten years on the multiple faces of the migratory movement(s) by deepening the theory, describing and reflecting on the phenomenon in order to understand it and thereby offer knowledge about its peculiarities. The mechanisms of social construction impacted by migration and its unfolding reveal many faces and require a permanent examination of their historical manifestations and constitutive logics. In the current context, it relies on the efficiency of social networks and is gaining increasingly global dimensions.
